Learn to drive with either weekly driving lessons or an Intensive Driving Course.
If your test is in the morning make sure your breakfast is substantial and healthy. Try and avoid the temptation to snack on sugary snacks in the morning. Drink enough fluids to combat the dehydration you will have suffered overnight.
Always avoid anything with alcohol or other stimulants or depressants, also avoid anything you may be allergic to as you don’t want to be taking your driving test with stomach ache or other symptoms.
Some people may recommend that you eat a banana before your test, they are full of vitamin B which will help calm your nerves, they contain tryptophan, which gets converted into serotonin to help keep you in a good mood and feeling positive.
Stay hydrated, dehydration causes tiredness, headaches and reduces alertness and concentration
